Path one

Live painting
at your wedding.

At first, guests see an artist painting. Then they look closer — and realize the moment unfolding on the canvas is theirs.

She paints from within the celebration — observing the light, the movement, and the moments unfolding around her, while thoughtfully gathering reference images throughout the day. By the end of the night, the painting has already begun to hold something no single photograph could: the feeling of being there.

What to expect

From our first conversation to the canvas on your wall.

01 — The call

It begins with a conversation. Tell Heather about your day, your venue, and the moments that matter most to you. Together, you'll explore the vision for your painting, the experience, and the collection that feels right.

02 — The booking

Your date is reserved with a retainer. From there, Heather stays connected as your wedding approaches — learning the details of your day and thoughtfully preparing to tell its story in paint.

03 — Your wedding day

Heather arrives early to settle into the space, take in the setting, and begin gathering the details that will shape your painting. Throughout the day, she observes, photographs, sketches, and collaborates with your photographer when needed — all while painting as the celebration unfolds around her. You'll watch the canvas come to life in real time, surrounded by the very people and moments becoming part of it.

04 — The finished piece

After the celebration, Heather brings the painting back to the studio for its final details and finishing touches. Once complete, it is varnished and prepared for its journey home — an original work of art created from a day you never want to forget.

Path two

A meaningful moment,
held in paint.

Some moments have already happened — a wedding day, an engagement, a growing family, a chapter you never want to forget. You have the photograph, but you want something more lasting from it.

Heather begins with your chosen image, then looks beyond what the camera captured — drawing out the atmosphere, connection, and feeling held within it. The result is not simply a painting of a photograph, but an original work of art made to carry the memory forward.

What to expect

From a photograph to an heirloom.

01 — The photograph

It begins with a photograph that means something to you. It doesn't need to be technically perfect — what matters most is the moment it holds. Heather will thoughtfully consider the image and how it might translate into paint.

02 — The conversation

Together, you'll talk through the story behind the photograph, how you want the piece to feel, and the size that feels right for your home. Heather will walk you through the process, timeline, and investment before the work begins.

03 — The painting

In the studio, Heather builds your piece slowly and intentionally, translating the photograph through her own hand and artistic perspective. You'll be invited into the process at key stages as the painting takes shape.

04 — The finished piece

Your painting is completed, varnished, and prepared for its place in your home — an original work of art created from a moment that was already yours, made to carry it forward for years to come.
